O2Gen Group - is coming up with a real estate project in NCR on NH- 24 GHAZIABAD on a most advantageous location of 26 KM from INDIA GATE NEW DELHI. The project titled ‘SPANISH HEIGHTS’ is a group housing project to be launched in 2 phases on a land area of 10 acre. The first phase carries 320 flats on an area of around 2 acre of land. The land of the first phase has already been purchased by the group in the name of ‘ANJANI REALTORS PVT. LTD.’ and that for the second phase the acquisition of land is under consideration.
